TSC Camp ABC
With the requests and suggestions, but also orders and bans we want to make the living
together in the TSC easier and raise the security.
We ask you, your group and all our guests for farthest going observance of the camp
order! The camp leaders are responsibly for it.
The Tyrolean Scoutcentre of Igls is primarily a boy scout's area, however, is available of
course also to all other approved organisations, schools and associations.

TSC Camp ABC
| NOTICE OF DEPARTURE |
| of the group should occur on the day of the departure at least 2 hours before with the Staffteam. The resting places, cubicles, washing rooms and toilets are to hand over as clean as assumed. |
| ACCOUNT |
| also occurs on the last camp day. The final calculation is made by the TPZ team on postal way. The settlement of the calculation can occur cash with the governor or by transfer under information of the groups and calculation number. Calculations up to an amount of 800 euros are to pay cash. |
| BADGES, PATCHES and FIRE STAMPS |
| of the most different kind are available in the TPZ shop at the STAFF-House. |
| REGISTRATION |
| with exact number of all camp participants is urgently necessary and must occur on the day of arrival with the Staffteam. |
| DEPOSITS |
| for the camp contribution are prescribed with the reservation confirmation and must be paid after their preservation. The reservation is valid only after arriving of the deposit on the given account. IBAN: AT 18 16 00000 120 330 659 BIC: BTVAAT22 |
| DOCTOR |
| Dr. Franz Härting ordains in Lans, Scheibeweg 38, and in Aldrans, city hall, Dr. Ludwig Pittl in Igls, Iglerstraße 58. The E-Card or an insurance proof are to be brought. |
| CARS, MOTORBIKES |
| and other vehicles are to be put down on the parking bay. In order to loading and unloading one can drive on by the sidewalks, driving on the meadows is permitted only in special cases (heavy equipment). The camp streets are private ways, it may be driven only in slow tempo. Every liability on the part of the TSC is excluded. |
| COACHES |
| can turn round in the TPZ at the house. Parking bays for coaches are available with the bobsleigh run. |

| TIMBER |
| exists in different lengths! From nails and strings relieved wood is to be stacked after dismantling again on the intended place at the shed. Timber is very expensive, hence, we ask for careful and sparing treatment! |
| USE |
| occurs on own danger. For accidents as well as lost or damaged objects no liability can be assumed. |
| FIREWOOD |
| is found in the wood of the TSC area (only within the fence!). The firewood at the shed is available to all - but not indefinitely-! The pointless combustion of wood is charged! The comminution of the firewood has to go before the shed and may not occur in the camp area. (Meadow!) The clearing of trees is forbidden! |
| COMPUTER |
| and Internet at the TSC is only for the management. E-mails neither can be conceived nor are dispatched! Nevertheless, on inquiry we can allow an access by arrangement during presence of Staffteam. |
| SHOWER’s |
| are in the sanitary outside units and are assigned to the groups. The showers in the main house are only available for the house guests. Please, leave the shower in cleaned state after showering for the next one! |
| ELECTRICITY |
| is available in the main house, in the shed, in the STAFF-House and in the santitary units. |
| THE FIRST AID BOXES |
| are in the houses at marked places. Tent inhabitants – bring your own first help equipment please! |
| FIRE |
| Two campfire places are available for campfires! The use of fire tonnes their racks is very suitable and permitted of course. (Forest law!) During strong wind it is forbidden to make fire! |
| DISHWASHING |
| at the hand wash basins is not permitted. There are own wash basins on the outside of the sanitary units. Please, don’t leave food leftovers in the wash basins! (put it in the green container at the main house) |
| DRINKS |
| must be procured by yourselve. Alcohol is forbidden for youngsters. (law for the protection of the youth of tyrol). Hard drinks are undesirable on the whole campsite! |
| MAIN HOUSE |
| is to be entered only with slippers and is rented only as a closed unity to a group in each case with at least 25 people! Street shoes remain please in the cloakroom! |
| DOGS |
| are to put on leashes and to controled savely at night. (game animals!). Dog excrement can be hardly avoided, but removed! |
| LAW FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE YOUTH OF TYROL |

| COOKING PLACES |
| may be built on the campsites (however, not directly on the ground). |
| HOSPITAL |
| is in Innsbruck. Every participant must have the E-card or a medical insurance card. |
| KITCHEN |
| is in the main house. It is equipped professionally. Hot water, gas ranges and electric cookers as well as dishwashers and fridges exists there. |
| CULINARY DISHES |
| is rented for house inhabitants automatically and must be handed over in cleaned state. |
| CONSTRUCTIONS |
| can be established in the camp area. The climbing on existing camp constructions is prohibited. Group leaders are responsible for accidents! |
| CAMPSITE ORDER |
| The TPZ CAMP ABC is the house and campsite order for the Tyrolean Scoutcentre of Igls. By offence against the camp order, endangering of security or by offence against body and life a caution is issued, in serious cases a sending off is given. No refunding of the camp contribution is given; civil law steps can also be initiated. |
| CAMPSITE ADMINISTRATOR |

| MATTRESSES |
| Are only available to house inhabitants. Bring a sheet and your sleeping-bags with you. You can borrow sheets, covers, pillow and pillow covers also from us for a fee. (see pricelist) |
| MUSIC |
| and radioarrangements may only be pursued in low volume. |
| GARBAGE SEPARATION |
| occurs in the containers at the main house. Please separate plastic, metal, paper, cardboard, glass, biogarbage and rest garbage already on the campsite and put it in the intended containers. |
| FURNISHINGS |
| The tables and chairs from the main house may not be brought outside. For this purpose beer sets can be lent with the staffteam. |
| LIGHTS OUT |
| in the open area from is 22:00h to 07:00h. Exceptions are possible after arrangement. |

| PARK POSSIBILITIES |
| exist in low number around the houses. Please save space and do not park on the camp sites! There are more places on the public parking bay direct at the entrance to the bobsleigh cafe (see “location” on homepage). Do not use the surfaces beyond our resting place. |
| SMOKER's |
| should also already have been seen in the TSC. However, please don’t throw away stumps or empty cigarette boxes in the area! (role models and fire risk!) In all houses smoking is prohibited! |
| CLEANING |
| of the toilets, washing rooms etc. is incumbent upon the groups. This should occur at least once daily (after own sense of responsibility). Everything not natural in the area has to be thrown in the garbage! |
| FINAL CLEANING before departure |
| houses: Whole cleaning by means of provided brooms, empty fridge and leave open, put up mattresses in the beds, clean toilets and bathrooms. Remaining food and spices is to be taken with you. |
| sanitary units outside: clean toiletts, wash basin and showers (tube unity available) |
| campsites: clean the surface and take tent nails please. Bring not used firewood and the timber back to the shed. |
| hygienic cleaning of the house: This is carried out after every group and is settled. (see pricelist) |
| CANCELATION CHARGE |
| they are sadly necessary. According to the registration after 1th of June 2008 is to be regarded as follows: Until 4 weeks before habitation – fee 20 %, within 4 weeks before habitation – fee 50 % of deposit. |
| DAMAGES |
| always can happen, please announce immediately to the administrator! |
| TABLES and BENCHES |
| are available in restricted number and can be lent with the staffteam. They are settled separately. |
| TOILET PAPER |
| must be organised by yourself and is not provided. |

| TSC-TEAM |
| It consits of honourary members of the Scout movement and supports the administrator. It helps you with pleasure, whenever you need something. |
| CONTRACTS |
| are made with bigger groups or organizers. A written registration and the paid-up reservation confirmation is valid for all our guests as an arrangement for the purposes of a contract. Contact for the TSC is the responsible group person. |
| TRAVELLING MAPS |
| from the TSC and surroundings are to shop in every specialist shop, you can get a special ground plan and consultation in the STAFF-House. |
| MOATS |
| Moats around tents may not be digged. |
| FENCE |
| is the demarcation of our campsite. It must not be damaged or climbed! |
| TENTS |
| Please pay attention to the fact that your tents have an at least 10 cm high plastic ground. In bad weather nobody should swim in the tent! |
